Returns policy

Unopened bottles, in their original sealed condition, may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.

Opened, sprayed, decanted, or used bottles cannot be returned or refunded. Fragrance is a personal-care product, and once the seal is broken we cannot resell it.

If a bottle arrives damaged or the seal is already broken, we will replace it when you send photos within 7 days of delivery.
