Shipping policy

MÜSFI ships genuine fragrance from Canada. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times, shipping rates, and any duties are shown in Shopify checkout before you pay. Those checkout totals are the ones that apply to your order.

We ship sealed bottles. If a parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the bottle and the outer box so we can replace it.
